Karls Couch Cleaning Brisbane

I booked Karl's Couch Cleaning as they had good reviews...wish I'd done more research as all these reviews are fake (reviewers positively reviewing services they have used in Syd, Mel, Can, Adelaide, Hobart, Brisbane etc). I check if Karl's use subcontractors. They said they had their own team of technicians. This is not true; they use people who simply hire a cleaner from Kennards, not trained at all. The guy turned up and charged 70% more than the quote, the tried to add GST a 2nd time. He offered to take GST off if i Paid cash. I then had tp pay him to his personal account. I have contacted Karl's couch cleaning a number of times to discuss. They use a variety of tactics to avoid speaking with me: promising call back by end of day, simplay hanging up, giving me the number of a 'supervisor'which is disconnected. The sofa is still dirty, they overcharged on their quote and they refuse to be contacted. DO NOT USE THEM
