The Vines Resort is a stunning venue for your next function.
We offer a number of different meeting rooms which accommodate everything from small training sessions or seminars through to large boardroom-style conferences with up to 260 delegates. No matter your needs or budget we have the perfect space for you!
Our conference and meetings rooms seat from 30 to 260 delegates in comfort:
Our range of conference and meetings rooms allow for events with 30 to 260 delegates, all able to be seated in comfort. Our flexible conference and meeting spaces are designed to make the most of their facilities, with natural light flooding into many of our larger rooms like the Samuel Copley Room.
All your audio and visual equipment needs:
Planning your event is easy when you have all the equipment you need. Our meeting rooms can be fully equipped with a ceiling mounted digital data projector, screen, flip chart, and microphone. Our dedicated AV technicians are on hand to make sure that everything runs smoothly throughout your function.
Our state of the art equipment is available in all our meeting rooms and can be hired separately if needed. The cost of hiring the equipment is included in the room rate so there's no additional cost on top!
Fully catered food and beverage options featuring fresh local produce:
We offer a range of catering options to suit all budgets, from working breakfasts, lunches and afternoon tea breaks, to a full sit down buffet or plated service for your banquet. At The Vines Resort we pride ourselves on offering sensational menus, featuring fresh local produce in a friendly relaxed environment.
Beautiful outdoor spaces for fresh air in your delegate's downtime:
If you're looking for an event space with a beautiful outdoor space, Swan Valley Function Centre has exactly what you need. The centre is located in the lush Swan Valley away from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing your delegates to refresh their minds in their downtime. We can even cater a completed outdoor event at The Pavilion.
Our function centre is located within the Vines Resort which has 2 hectares of beautiful gardens and includes an 18 hole par 72 golf course, 3 tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool by which delegates can relax during any conferences breaks or after the event wraps up.
