Key Views is a modern, attractive, three storey fully self contained townhouse with three bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the top floor, large walk in robes with reverse cycle air conditioning, ensuite and balcony with beautiful views over the marina to the Indian Ocean. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, plenty of pots and pans, full set of kitchen implements, everything required to make this area fully functional. A comfortable lounge, air conditioning, telephone, with two three seater lounge settees, television, video cassette recorder, stereo and compact disk player/ radio and a dining room seating for six people. The ground floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with built in robes. A fully equipped laundry, toilet and bathroom service in this area. All bed linen and towels are supplied, and changed by our staff every week. The remote controlled garage accommodates one vehicle and a cool leafy barbeque area lies to the rear. Mindarie Keys is a prestigious suburb situated 33 kilometres north of Perth and only 15 kilometres north of Joondalup and Hillarys Boat Harbour and only 25 kilometres from Scarborough. There is a shopping centre nearby, and good public transport system and road network that service the area through and to Perth. The area around the marina has much to offer, with two local licensed restaurants both offering excellent food and wine especially good seafood. Good fishing is to be found off the breakwater, and sparkling beaches lie on either side of the marina. With plenty of sea and sun the perfect location with accommodation to match, all that's left is to relax and enjoy.
