  Sutton Tools is a 100% Australian family owned business specialising in the manufacture and distribution of quality cutting tools and accessories.Since 1917 the manufacturing plant at Thomastown, Victoria, Australia has been producing drills, taps, endmills and holesaws for the Australian and overseas markets.Sutton Tools recognises the relentless challenge facing metal working industries to produce faster and more efficiently than ever before.Through aggressive reinvestment and RD programs, Sutton Tools now provides product and surface coatings specific to the many sophisticated and varied applications encountered by industry today. The comprehensive range of high performance, precision cutting tools now includes HSS, HSS-Co, HSSE-V, Powdered Metal HSS and Carbide ranges manufactured to ISO, JIS and DIN standards. These are complemented by TiNite(r), TiCNite(r), AITiNite(r) and CrN ceramic surface coatings and state of the art Vacuum Heat Treatment.Since 1917 Sutton Tools have expanded their manufacturing facilities to compliment the Thomastown plant to include plants at Maryborough and Hamilton in Victoria, Australia and Kaipoi in New Zealand.With now over 22,000 individual line items available, the range has grown to now include the PN(r) (Patience and Nicholson), Lockjaw, Frost, Diager and Jaz brands. Currently 25% of locally produced product is exported to more than 20 countries.
