Ms Vics Boot Camp and Personal Training started in February 2006. Ms Vic detected a gap in the Boot camp industry within the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, so she designed a program to encourage all participants to work towards their goals and get the best out of themselves.At Ms Vic's the motto remains "fun fitness fast". Although boot camp is tough and you will be pushed harder than you may have before, we are sure you will have fun, meet like-minded people and share a few laughs.All instructors are fully qualified personal trainers or group trainers
