Laboratory Tests Confirm Bacterial Control

A series of laboratory tests have been conducted to establish the amount of bacteria that it is possible to eliminate after the installation of a number of Humidity Filters in a walk-in fridge.The tests were carried out to analyse the level of bacteria inside the environment of the fridge where the food is normally stored in a restaurant. Bacterial levels were measure before and after the installation of the filters. The control parameters for the tests were Fungus, Staphylococcus and Airborne Bacteria.After analyzing the results we have concluded that after the installation of the filters the level of the airborne bacteria in the environment was reduced by a little over 80% and the Fungus and Staphylococcus for all practical purposes were eliminated.
