She uses a blend of Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) in her practice. Eliza's warm personality, positive attitude and capacity to embrace others with respect and empathy allow her to assist many clients to achieve their goals in a confidential, practical way.
