Bub+Me PT offer 4 specialised programs for Mums to get into shape, suited for all fitness levels. Bub+Me PT run sessions once or twice a week (Tues & Thurs morning), for an hour. Cost for 4 weeks, 4 sessions is $60. Sessions run at Lake Ginninderra, John Knight Memorial Park, grassed area near Fitness Equipment. Your trainers, Symeko and Louise are both qualified trainers who are also Mums. They have spent more than a decade in fitness and look forward to sharing their ideas and experiences with you.
