PANDSI provides support for families living in the ACT who are struggling with post or ante natal depression and anxiety. We provide strategies for managing this common mental disorder. Support includes telephone support, one on one support, day support group, yoga and exercise support groups, PANDSI playgroup and partners information evening. Free adjunct childcare is provided during day support group. PANDSI is a unique service in the ACT - no referral or formal diagnosis of PND is required.
