It has been through the energy and commitment of it's members and support from both the Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale and the Department of Agriculture that has lead to the development of the Serpentine-Jarrahdale Community Landcare Centre with the help of funding from the Natural Heritage Trust and Alcoa. We have recently grown into being an incorporated, non-profit organisation known as Landcare SJ. Having a Business Manager on board has enabled us to have a good look at viable options for keeping the Landcare Centre running, even beyond government funding
