Our 80-year old vines - Grenache, Muscat of Alexandria, Muscat Blanc a Petit Grains and Sémillon - are dry-grown, without any chemicals or artificial fertilisers. We apply the same practices to also grow Mataro (aka Mourvedre) and Saperavi grapevines. We hand-pick the grapes at optimum ripeness and process them in the traditional way the same day, in house: crushing, fermenting, basket pressing, and maturing without the use of oak.
