We aim to prepare, lodge and finalise all tax back and superannuation refunds as quickly and promptly as possible. You can help make things happen a little quicker yourself if you keep all of your records (pay slips/payment summaries/group certificates), as well and keep records of where you worked, who you worked for, and their contact details because if we need to collect missing documents for you, or cross-check information with an employer, it's always easier & quicker to find and contact them  if you have accurate contact details for them.
