Guided Group meditations + Individual

I have held many beautiful guided meditations for people on an individual basis or in a group setting.Meditation is an amazing way to relax and de-stress.Meditation is also for re-energising your body and mind. I first learn't to meditate when I had fatigue - a 20 minute meditation gave me the same energy as a 2 hour sleep. Meditation is also for healing the body, pain relief and emotional issues as well as getting addictions under control and recovery.
