  I offer Kinesiology & counselling. Kinesiology identifies & diffuses causes of stress & imbalance in the systems of the body by using the body's biofeedback system. It is specifically applied to one's own unique & individual physiology. Biofeedback is via Indicator Muscles and Points,which identify where stress accumulates in the body. I access the feedback through the Meridian System and identify the best correction through a database. I draw upon my experiences to address daily aspirations & struggles both emotionally & in relationships. I identify stressors using muscle testing & promote healing from within to aim to integrate mind,body & spirit for lasting 'Balance'. My particular interest in mental health & wellbeing. I rely upon your own innate healing power, allowing me to get below the surface of symptoms - very useful for trauma & emotionally challenging events in life, manifesting themselves as physical symptoms.
