Our Swim School is run in line with the school terms and consist of weekly 30 min classes. All of our Classes are run only with small groups. The program focuses on teaching students how to control, learn from & explore the aquatic environment to maximize their progression and enjoyment. Our adult services include squad training, group adults learn to swim and private stroke development sessions. We have developed a unique swim & stroke progression program developed through academic, exercise & sport science knowledge in human movement, psychology & physiology (how the brain & body function), personal experiences of swimming & training at a beginner & elite level and teaching & coaching experience working with adults & children of all ages in both, learn to swim & competitive swimming settings. Whatever your age or swimming ability, Swim Dynamics can help you get wet.......get fit........(& if you want) get fast!
