OR The Wholesale Design & Purchase DIY Package ? Personalised house design. ? Fully documented design and plans, diagrams and instructions. Numbered frames with placement diagrams, plus for the angled timber a cutting template is supplied. ? A quantities list of every piece of timber, nut, bolt and piece of timber and materials required. ? All the orders placed on your behalf so bulk discounts are passed onto you. You then pay the suppliers as each section of your home is ordered. ? Help finding the right geo-tech or engineer. For this choice you will need to become an owner builder. So could you do it?
