Established in 2009, Dance Chance aims to provide people with an opportunity to participate in dance classes that will improve their health and fitness, provides ongoing opportunities to build friendships, social skills and enhance their quality of life. Each Saturday, on the lower north shore of Sydney the dance chancers meet to learn some fun dances, socialise, and build confidence, in a safe, stress free environment. Our dancers range in age from 5-50, and have a variety of intellectual and physical disabilities. They are supported by a group of dedicated volunteers who support and guide the learning, as well as becoming great friends with the dancers
