CAUTION! Do NOT contract Competent Strata to manage your complex. If you are looking for a new strata company, look elsewhere. CSA managed the complex that I owned an apartment for about 6 years until I sold in 2021. The person I dealt with has to be the most rude, unprofessional and incompetent person I have ever had to deal with. I'm grateful that I will never have to deal with it again. I would not trust any suspicious 5 star review's. If you are unfortunate enough to already have contracted CSA, have their books audited.
