1. Personal Training (PT) packages – ‘Bridal Babe’. ‘One on One’ PT. Location and time of training negotiable. Complimentary access to all other group training sessions offered for the duration of the package for the PT client.
2. Personal Training (PT) packages ‘Bridal Buddies’. ‘Two on One’ PT. For two people to exercise with Personal Trainer. Location and time of training negotiable. Complimentary access to all other group training sessions offered for the duration of the package for the two PT clients.
3. Private Groups – ‘Bridal Blitz Bootcamp’. Private group training program with a minimum of 4 participants. Minimum duration is 4 weeks. The participating Bride and Groom to be will have complimentary access to all other group training sessions for the duration of the private group training period. All other participants are offered VIP (15% discount) on purchased group training sessions.
4. Group Training - numerous group training sessions throughout the week across the metropolitan area. Duration of session is one hour with a qualified Personal Trainer. This group exercise & fitness program provides all the benefits and intensity of a personal training session combined with the motivation of working out in a supportive, group environment. - Monday 6pm – ‘Boxing & Balance’ at (relocating to Aranmore Catholic College Hall in winter months)
- Wednesday 7pm – ‘Women Only Workout’ (WOW) rotating locations between Carine Open Space, Jacobs Ladder and . (Facilitated through Health & Fitness).
