Perth Mobile Fitness’ Group Exercise class will provide you with a full body workout to decrease your body fat, increase your strength, muscle tone, flexibility, stamina, your health and much more. Group exercise is fun, cheaper, beneficial and has a motivating group atmosphere. We will use a range of equipment from suspension trainers, ladders, cones, hurdles, weight vest, dumbells, medballs, fitballs to kettlebells.

WHERE AND WHEN ARE THE CLASSES HELD? Group Exercise Classes are held outdoors at a park. We offer basic group exercise which involves a wide range of types of training for everybody. We also offer other group exercise such as women’s boxing for fitness, kettlebell training and stretching classes.

HOW DO I GET STARTED? First session is FREE! All you need to do is contact us to book in. Bring a towel and water bottle. If you are interested in joining in please contact me by phone: 0423 762 988, email: [email protected] or through an enquiry form.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?  There are a few different costs. It depends if you want to pay for each class separately, in packs of 5 or 10 or for 3 months unlimited.
