STand Up Paddle is a fairly easy sport made even easier with a single 1 hour lesson showcasing the techniques required to make you a better paddleboarder.
We also offer Stand Up Paddle Fitness Classes of a morning to individuals and groups of people looking to burn off some excess weight and tone up whilst having a ball at a relaxing and fun water sport that is easy enough for your grandparents to do, but at the same time is being undertaken by pro footballers, and top triathletes.
Join us to find out how much fun a workout can be. You'll be having such a great time and will be so focused on paddling around the waters that you won't even know you're being worked. We do beginners and more advanced classes depending on your needs.
