Ocean Pilates has launched three training manuals in 2013.
The first book “Engage the Core Pilates” contains all the Pilates routines Ocean Pilates teaches, plus a Pregnancy routine and a comprehensive guide to all the stretches used in class.
The second manual “Core Stability” has 6 routines using the BOSU and Fitball, some of the routines use weights and have a Pilates bias. There is a comprehensive warm-up routine along with the different types of Planks used in Pilates and a comprehensive guide to all the stretches used in the Pilates classes.
The third book "Core Strength"has 6 routines focusing on developing strength using the Medicine Ball and Dumbells. The book also contains the warm-up routine, different types of planks, a Push-Up routine and a comprehensive guide to all the stretches used in class.
All the manuals center around working the core.
