This program is best delivered on site at your workplace and benefits workplaces wishing to employ new staff including trainees & apprentices. The program purpose is to ensure a smooth transition into the workplace and to equip the young worker with life skills to enhance their employability skills. The program provides your organisation the foundation for a higher success rate of long term youth employment. A mentoring component can be added to this training program and is highly recommended.
The program has been developed as a direct solution to address youth employment adaptability issues and employer concerns.
