KB's have a wide variety of applications from general fitness to generating sport specific explosive power and strengthening of joints.
However, they can be a double edged sword.
In the hands of an untrained indivdual they have the potential to do a lot of damage as the dynamic nature of the exercises if not properly controlled can cause back pain, contact bruising, damage to joints, even dislocation!
I have seen many people, particularly with "The swing" not executing it properly and setting themself up for issues with the back and hence why I put together this 3 part course covering the prime movements including
Swing, Snatch, Clean, Windmill, Turkish get up
As well as variations on these exercises, I will show you how to make extremely time efficient, complete body workouts and combine them into a comprehensive body sculpting or fitness program!
