The first program of it's kind in WA, this 3 week program gets dramatic results. We know you'll be motivated once you can see you really can get results.
You train 6 days per week - one-on-one and in small groups - and you follow a strict diet program devised by our dietician - designed to maximise fat loss and increase metabolism. This is the program for you if you want to get into the habit of training every day!
You’ll work completely under the supervision of a Trainer who will be
in daily contact with you over the 21 days. Your Trainer will set your
program with you for the 21 days – there is no flexibility at all.
And you will be given a strict, non-negotiable diet that we expect you
to stick to every day (it’s only 21 days).
- Before and after photos, measurements and feedback
- 21 day diet program
- 45 min PT x 2 week (up to 3 in a session)
- 3 x boot camps each week
- 1 x boxing session
- 7 days a week follow up phone call from your trainer
- Weekly monitoring
- Weekly Massage or Suggestion Therapy workshop (same type of program athletes use)
