Our Post Natal classes are designed for mums who are looking to start or return to their own yoga practice at least 8 weeks after the birth of their baby.

Post Natal yoga provides all the benefits you would expect from a general yoga class: reduced stress, better sleep, enhanced concentration, and muscle tone as well as a specific focus on regaining strength in the abdominal and pelvic region of the post natal body. 

Class consists of 60 minutes of flowing vinyasa sequences, including breathing and finishing with a relaxation which is both refreshing and nourishing - the perfect way to spend some 'me' time.

Mums are welcome to bring their babies into class, or a creche is available.
