Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise routine. It bypasses the intellect (which usually acts as a brake on natural laughter). Laughter Yoga is done in a group, where eye contact is encouraged and involves doing some stretches and deep breathing as well as laughter exercises, which combine acting and imagining with playfulness. It’s a great way to allow our inner child to come out and play. If this doesn’t come naturally; “Fake it till you make it” is our catch cry. Our bodies do not know the difference between fake or real laughter. Benefits include: boosting the immune system, relaxation, less stress, release of endorphins, anti ageing, etc.
I’m an experienced and trained Laughter Yoga Facilitator and am available to run Laughter Yoga sessions at events.
