Building a new home? Has your Builder connected your exhaust fans? from Inspect My Home Perth North

Whilst in the roof void conducting New Home Handover Inspections, our inspectors often find that the Builder has not connected the exhaust fans to the roof flume vents. The connection between the fan and the flume is required to directly vent fumes and moisture out of the roof void. This defect is noted on our report and is a relatively easy fix that can prevent moisture damage and undesirable smells within the home.
