Most children experience growing pains, but these pains shouldn't stop them from playing sport or doing the things they love.
Osgood Schlatters Disease is a type of knee pain which is extremely common in young kids. Pain is felt just below the knee - at the attachment of the quadriceps (the bony bump a few centimeters below the knee cap!). This condition is most often noticed during a growth spurt, usually around 12 years – 18 years of age.
