During each session you will be guided to a deep place of relaxation, allowing you to find the inner peace and calm your body, mind and soul require to aid in all your life’s journeys.
How can meditation improve your wellbeing?
· Meditation has many benefits both physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
· Meditation reduces the physiological symptoms of stress, by reducing blood pressure, enhancing the immune system, releasing muscle tension and pain, allowing us to heal and recover from many illnesses quicker.
· Meditation reduces depression, panic attacks, anxiety and insomnia and allows you to reduce/stop the negative chatter in your mind, bring you clarity and accessing your own innate wisdom.
· Meditation allows you to find that inner peace and calm that helps bring back emotional balance enabling you to keep your equilibrium no matter what life throws at you.
Time:7pm for a 715pm start. (approx 1hr)
