Kayaking for Fitness group training

This 6-weeks course has been developed for novice kayakers. In 2 sessions you will learn the basic kayaking skills. The last 4 sessions focus on improving fitness.
Sessions are 1,5 hours long and take place on the Swan River. Start point is East Perth.
