Mums w' Bubs Health and Fitness offers the mother's of Perth a group they can come to feeling comfortable within the surroundings of other mother's and gain fitness and health food choice advice. MWB believes keeping yourself fit and healthy  the natural way keeps you mentally, physically and emotional stable. To be able to function with your daily needs of looking after yourself, your children and family.

MWB run two sessions per week at various locations from South Perth through to the south of the river and beaches. We also offer personal one on one or group session's. We concentrate on;

Re toning your body, building your fitness levels

Offering Healthy easy food choices and alternatives

All whilst in the company of your bubs/toddlers, among friends and making new friends for you and your children. All within the outdoors of our community parks, rivers & reserves.

Sessions are conducted by a fully qualified senior first aider, Health & Fitness Motivator & Enthusiast - Soon to be in Jan 2011 training with the AIF
(AUST Inst Fitness-completing the Master Trainer cert in Personal training & sports nutrition)

And doting mother of two toddlers


Monday 9.30am-11.30am Wednesday 10am -12.00pm

Registration $15.00 (per year)

Per Session $5.00 & Monthly fee paid upfront $16
