Information on this tag is as indicated below: Unique Asset ID Date Tested Re-test Date Person who tested equipment Electrical Workers License Number Status weather the item Passed Or Fail. All clients will receive an asset register of all equipment that has been tested to ensure that you maintain proper maintenance records and comply with relevant legislative requirements.
