This program is designed to work you. There are no quick fixes. Your trainer will take you through a variety of session.
Introducing cross training and boot camps workouts improves performance, boosts weight loss and provides a social, supportive network of like minded women in your local area. This isn't a patronising circuit. This is a really challenging but rewarding program.
Our sessions are smaller, faster and harder! Training is
progressive and all results are tracked 4 weekly by your trainer.
Functional work, core and activation are prioritised as we keep your
