Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy

Acupuncture, Alternative Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine
Acupuncture point injection therapy is the process of injecting a very small amount of saline solution into specific therapeutic points in the skin or muscles.
The saline solution used in acupuncture point injection stimulates these therapeutic points for an extended period of time, increasing the warm feeling of flowing qi that you would experience during an acupuncture treatment. Also like acupuncture, point injection therapy targets the direct source of the pain, not just the sensation and is reported to prompt the self-healing mechanisms of the body.
Acupuncture point injection is most commonly used where inflammation and injury of the bodily tissue has occurred. The injection of saline improves the quality of nutrient and waste transfer between the cells and bloodstream while also alkalizing local connective tissues.
House of Qi uses point injection therapy in conjunction with acupuncture for a more effective and powerful healing treatment.
