The PG-350 is a NEW portable stack gas analyser that can simultaneously measure up to five separate gas components (O2, CO2, CO, NOx & SO2) using the same proven measurement methods used in HORIBA's line of permanent CEMS. The PG-350 is ideal for CEMS certification testing (RATAs), commissioning, tuning or for periodic, multiple source monitoring.
Its faster, lighter and more rugged than existing models and can be upgraded to include analysis of Methane (CH4) also.
The PG-350 uses non-dispersive infra red detection for CO, SO, and CO; chemiluminescence (cross-flow modulation) for NO; and a galvanic cell or an optional zirconium oxide sensor for O measurements.
The instrument is ethernet interface compatible, making data download easier and in 'real time'.
Major features include a built-in sample conditioning system with sample pump, fliters, and a thermoelectric cooler. An optional auxiliary thermoelectric pre-cooler (PS-200) is available to condition samples which contain excess water vapor.
The performance of the PG-350 has been tested and verified under the U.S. EPA ETV program and the instrument has been widely adopted throughout Australia. It meets the analytical requirements of USEPA Method 3a, 6c, 7e and 10 as well as the US Field Testing Standard for Commissioning of Gas Turbines.
