PHYSIOTHERAPY ASSESSMENT is the starting point of your physiotherapy consultation. Assessment will comprise a series of questions combined with orthopaedic, resistance, balance or movement tests (joint, muscle, nerve) that will provide your physiotherapist with vital information. Postural assessment may also be undertaken at this time depending on the presenting problem. A physiotherapy assessment is essential in providing accurate diagnosis of the problem. We encourage bringing to your appointment any scans or investigations you may have undergone previously.
