With our latest firmware release, the Em20 Energy Monitor can now automatically control maximum demand and peak demand levels by shedding up to ten sperate load circuits in a fully prioritised and sequential manner. This ensures that any maximum demand penalties and associated increased penalty costs are eliminated in a timely and controlled fashion, fully automatically with minimum service disruption and without any operator or user intervention.
The Em20 Load Shedding system can be used in many applications to control HVAC systems, air conditioning, heating, manufacturing plants and other building automation systems. One or more Em20 units can be stationed within different building area's and or in sectionalised manufacturing plants to automatically shed non-critical loads in a standalone and prioritised manner.
