I have worked in the transport and warehouse profession for over 30 years ,in a wide range of roles ,however at the young age of 54 I have decided to make health and fitness my profession . I have three grown up children and have lived in Wyndhamvale for over 25 years. My passions are cycling ,running and training in the outdoors I have completed a number of Around the bay in a day bike rides (250 km )along with a number of fun runs from 10 km – half marathons. I love doing things in the great outdoors ,camping,fishing,kayaking,bush walking and just being with my family and friends.
My goals are to keep learning about the great profession of health and fitness ,with continuing education in key areas such as nutrition,body movement,boxing and training older adults ,I have a passion for health and fitness .
I graduated from MAX International Fitness College for Professionals in 2013, I decide to become a personal trainer because of my passion for health and fitness and the fact that I want to help people change their life so that they are fit health and strong ,so that they can enjoy what life has to offer them ,so that they can achieve things that the did not know or believe they could .
I would like to help people who are passionate about changing their life ,people who are as dedicated about making the change to becoming fit health and strong as I am in helping them make that change . Being 54 years young I have had a lot of life experiences that help me relate to people from all walks of life and vocational levels.
I will give my clients 100% dedication to helping them achieve their goals no matter how small or how large they may be ,I have an understanding that every client will have their own goals. Communication I have a great ability to discuss with my clients what their goals are and to listen to them to find out why ,when and where they would like to achieve these goals
I believe that the key words to achieving your health and fitness goals should always be FUN , ENJOYMENT and LOVE,the sessions that I give my client must be fun for them they must enjoy doing them and they must love being able to complete each session and seeing the results that they have achieved. Having been over weight myself I have a great understanding that to achieve your goals you must take one step at a time, I understand that they will have set backs that things in life will impact on their goals and that at times they may need to move their goals .
However the biggest thing that I believe makes me different is my abundance of the love of live ,I love nothing more than seeing as many people as I can being happy ,life is to be enjoyed and being fit healthy and strong is the best way to fully enjoy it.
