Do you need quality training solutions but don't know where to start to get them?
Do you want focused learning outcomes that target the key areas of improvement to get results?

Let us come to your workplace to perform a Training Needs Analysis (TNA).  A TNA is a method of determining if a training need exists and if it does, what training is required to fill that gap.

We work with you to identify the learning goals/objectives through assessing the learning environment and recognising the learner's current skills/knowledge.  Our aim is to maximise the learners ability to improve on existing skills/knowledge levels so that they can reach the best of their potential.

You will receive detailed information about what learning is already present in your workplace along with recommendations for appropriate training solutions that are designed specifically to your training audience so that the required outcomes can be achieved.

Do you already have training in place?

Are you looking for ways to improve those programs?

We can review your training for you.  To do this, we work with you to clarify the outcomes that the training is targeted to achieve.  We then map the existing training to those key outcomes.  This process highlights activities and content that align with the training objectives and throws open for review those activities that do not fall within the scope of the training program.  There then lies opportunity to replace, improve or modify that content to focus on the results required.

No job is too big or too small.  Call Designed To Deliver Training Solutions for assistance with planning your training direction.
