How does it work?
IntelliMail runs natively on the force.com® platform. Using the 'Domain Manager' the System Administrator authenticates domains and is able to control the flow of information, ensuring only recipients within that domain are able to receive Dashboards and Reports. Recipient lists are maintained for each individual Dashboard or Report within the 'Distribution Manager'. IntelliMail also comes with its own Dashboard and Reports to provide clear visibility of who is on each recipient list.
