Our policy is to include both Landlords and Tenants in the management loop so that all parties have mutual trust. Such procedures as the provision of leases, updating same, rent increases, regular inspections, organisning maintenance, condition reports, Landlord insurance options, and personal contact etc are part and parcel of our daily activities.
All accounting and payment of rent is done directly through our bank. There are no charges for emailing Landlord statements or tranferring monies. Should VCAT need to be used, the legal applications charges apply (OK to ask us of course!!). There are no hidden charges.
