I’ve understood the importance of fitness since I started competing in sports from a young age. I always loved playing different sports as a kid and pursue a healthy lifestyle so I can continue to be involved in sports as a hobby, as well as being able to get the most out of life. I have translated years of health and fitness experience into helping others lose weight, gain muscle, recover from injury and make long term lifestyle changes.
Having a love and passion for health and fitness for many years has helped me understand the many motives behind pursuing a healthy lifestyle. From wanting to look good naked to wanting to perform better in sports, or just feel more confident in daily activities with an improved mental state, I felt my vast knowledge and enthusiasm for research would be best put to use helping other people.
For me educating people on fitness is more about a lifestyle change than it is to coach people through a workout session by session. I place emphasis on small, lasting changes and try to be as understanding as possible on individual situations.
My specialities include overall fitness and fat loss, group training, sport specific training, increased strength and flexibility.
