PiNK BOXiNG is a high intensity, full body workout that will keep you moving the whole time.
Eliminate any ideas you may have about smashing a punching bag the whole time on your own.
PiNK BOXiNG can be very social.
Our sessions are usually made up of around 12 to 20 Women.
Concentration on partnered pad work + some sparring.
When you're not throwing a punch,
you're ducking + weaving, doing push-ups, squats or ab work.
Our Sessions will teach you how to punch properly;
it's about technique not strength.
You will learn moves such as:
hooks, jabs and up-cuts.
PiNK BOXiNG can be a highly repetitive workout
- so you'll see tone rather than bulky muscle.
It's also very emPOWERING + you will really get pumped!
