Sherri will be focusing mainly on body weight exercises for strength & functionality, plyometrics for speed and agility.
It's a mash up session of active games, functional interval challenges, creative circuits and loads of fun!
Every session is a whole body work out to HARD Rockn' tunes...
You can expect to leave each session feeling energised, with a smile on your face without even realising you've just completed a fierce workout!
