What the hell do you name a class that is breaking all our “rock” rules?...
Using a 90’s Slang dictionary; we found 2 descriptions most fitting:
Freakin' - a slightly nicer term for fu**ing
Fresh - original, cool, nice, "the shit"
The class will be a mega cardio workout, with hi-energy!
The tracks + moves are not 'strictly' rock, but we are totally prepared to bend the rules for these sessions!
Your ears may bleed from some of the tracks played – But you will have a grin from ear to ear + your face will hurt from smiling SO much! – Sweet!
Just like all fads, the 90’s is making a comeback - Whatever your 90’s choices may have been back in the day, several looks are back.
So, for those who have kept that stuff lying around, this is your chance to bring them back into your weekly workout! – Wicked!
No dance experience needed.
Ideal for anyone with no dance experience, just let go, have fun and sing along!
Suitable for most fitness levels.

What do I wear to the sessions?
Wear - anything that allows movement.
*optional; You are encouraged to wear 90's themed outfits.
No Jeans! Footwear – Sneakers, runners, joggers...
Ally will offer high, moderate, low impact options.
