What do I wear to the sessions?
Wear - anything that allows movement. No Jeans!
Footwear - Socks, bare feet, ballet flats (the dancing kind not the ones girls wear everyday), anything with soft soles. No runners!
We supply mats.
Ideal for beginners. VERY BASIC Ballet exercises that everyone will be able to do.
Each individual is also encouraged to work within their means Sheena can always offer alternative options!
