MEDITATION CLASSES: (Wednesdays at 10.30am and 7.00pm in Templestowe) Come on a journey, as you discover how to unwind, and find peace, happiness and fulfillment in your life, by learning skills that will last forever. When mind, body and spirit are given the space to not only heal, but also explore, the results can be quite amazing. Learn to Relax & Calm your mind... These classes will give you the opportunity to learn simple and practical meditation skills to fit into your lifestyle. You will also learn techniques such as how to slow down your breathing, and how to relax your muscles to reduce stress and calm the mind. We will explore different topics each week, in a safe & friendly environment.
