All you need to do is show up for your class wearing something comfortable, no need to book! We have everything you need: yoga mats, cushions, blankets, bolsters and props… You can pay cash for your class when you come or you have different options of payment online. Check our current timetable and fees. Our classes run for one hour and they include shavasana, a deep yogic relaxation which allows the body regain calm and take from the poses and movement all the benefits. We are a growing community of Yogis in the Doncaster and Templestowe area who enjoy the learning of Yoga in a friendly environment. We laugh, we balance, we fall, we share and we just love Yoga.

Private Yoga Classes

Slow Paced Yoga

Our Slow Paced classes are light and creative, but slower and gentler than our regular Hatha classes. Postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.


Beginners Hatha Yoga

This unique beginners hatha yoga class teaches yoga breathing and takes you step by step through a full range of yoga poses that strengthen, stretch and revitalise your body. It is a nice introduction to the beautiful discipline of Yoga and our teachers will take special care of your personal needs and limitations. Power Flow Yoga

These classes are the original & old school Power vinyasa practice and they are dynamic and powerful, empathetic and graceful. Get ready to sweat and transform your body, mind and life! Our Power Flow classes include 10 minutes of shavasana, or deep Yogic relaxation. Shavasana offers us the opportunity to fully surrender to the moment, to let go of thoughts, worries, plans, memories and even our concepts of who we are.
