Extra Virgin olive oil:
Cold pressing is a very slow process in which olive oil is extracted from olives. It is a healthier technique that gives you 100% olive oil with no additives. That's what makes it so much better for you!
Nonna Melina - Cold Pressed Olive Oil - For deep frying this olive oil is excellent because it has a higher smoke point (410ยบ F) than virgin or extra virgin oils.
Pitruzzello Shiraz 2009 - Celebrating a new vintage of Pitruzzello estate, this shiraz displays fragrant berry and subtle spice characteristics.
Pitruzzello Sauvignon Blanc 2009 & 2011 - This second vintage displays crisp and fruity characteristics. Sauvignon Blanc compliment will with white meats.
Pitruzzello Classic Dry White 2008 - This vintage of Pitruzzello Estate Classic Dry white displays crisp and fruity characteristics
Pitruzzello Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 - Cabernet Sauvignon displays fragrant berry and subtle spice characteristics.
Pitruzzello Moscato 2010 - Moscato displays sweet mellow and refreshing characteristics. Moscato compliments any dessert , Nut Cheese andfruit platters.
Olive oil pressing
Pitruzzello Estate offers the facility to cold press your olives. Our processing facility has the capacity to process 3 tonnes of olives per hour and we can also bottle and label your cold pressed olive oil. As an additional service, we can pack your product in either 4 or 20 litre tins. Please note that there is a mnimum of 500kg per pressing.
